You can make your signature go a long way by giving us authorization to use your name to write, e-mail, and call public officials and opinion makers in support of the filibuster strategy. Your authorization would only be used for this specific purpose. Your permission and that of others will allow the Feminist Majority to build the momentum necessary at the grassroots level to save Roe by sending letters, e-mails, and messages to public officials and public opinion makers in the names of authorizers. For example, when there is an anti-abortion Supreme Court nominee on the floor of the Senate we could very quickly send thousands of letters to Senators wavering on a filibuster from constituents in their state. This tactic proved to be very successful during the Equal Rights Amendment campaign with thousands upon thousands of letters and messages being delivered to US Senators urging the ratification of the ERA.
